How To be Healthy
step 1: Eat lots of fruit & vegetables\
step 2: drink lots of water
step 3: work out at least 3 times a week
step 4: make good food choices
step 5: have 1 cheat day once every 2 week.
What We Did For Fun
In drama the 22 of feb we did a freeze action pose thing i was grouped up with 3 people jessica, Clayton & Blue bottle boy had to make a little skit of saying a pun about being healthy. Ours was "Orange you glad your healthy"
Anyway this was basically all that happened today tell next time bye!.
