Something that i liked about lock down was the fact that i had alot more free time and had more time to play games,
Something i hated about lock down was not being able to go outside or see my friends or being able to have my free dom.
What I have being doing regarding to fitness is i have been walking my dog and going on alot more walks myself and have been getting out of the house more at lvl 2!!
Starter: To throw and pass balls to people in your group, Running atleast 2 laps on the gym, and maybe a short game of colours maybe??
Activity Lesson: Netball Or basketball!
Warm - Down activity - a game of bench ball or just letting us play around with basketballs !
