So this was a Wga activity that we got assigned from our home teacher!!

Facts: Scorpion

Facts:

1:Each scorpion has there own unique venom (Not all
Scorpions have venom)

2:There are 2000 species or scorpion.

3:Some Scorpions can glow.

4:Scorpions have many colours.

5:Scorpions have a similar shell like a shrimp.

6:Not all Scorpions are the same size, the bigger ones
are less venom than the smaller ones.

Lakes are a significant resource 

Because, They can act as a normal

Ground of water as a source to us 

Being able to actually drink the water

They are also a significant resource

From the fact that they can bring life

Into ecosystems, Lakes can also be

Helpful for producing electricity and

Hydro products. Lakes also provide 

Great tourist spots and also increase

Scenic beauty of a lake.

Human actions that have contributed to the current water
quality

Some of these actions that humans have 

Created are, Creating divisions in the lakes to make certain

Things more separate. Taking water from lakes and using it for 

Drinking farming and power energy.

Then: In 2005 Burns Mcintosh & Scholes were in management of lake Rotorua
together. They have been monitoring the lake together with a designated start,
Trophic level index values in excess of their start values.

Why is future sustainability at risk?

Our lakes future is at risk because of the care people put into it
most people don't care about our lakes because they don't actually
realize how important they are, People don't seem to understand how big
of a risk our planet is in and then when they think that there not willing to
put the effort into helping the environment out

What we made:
So today we made cupcakes well continuing to make cupcakes we just added on some iceing

What are some of the things we used:
So some of the things we used in this was ( Butter cream icing, Cupcake batter, and then m&ms and sprinkles )

How did my team work together:
So how my team worked together was just taking jobs and responsiblitys into our own hands

Something i liked about doing this was basically just being able to bake when im not able to at home

Silent Movies & Time

SO i know its been awhile but here i am again! So this blog is from drama

(s) So today we did a silent Movie where of course you have to act out a movie but silent
(e) So some of the props we used where guns flowers and old looking cups, we also had costumes i only had a cowboy hat because i was a drunk person in the movie, This scene we acted out was based around the olden days so just imagen we are in the wild west like how you see in movies
(x) Some of the costumes we had where really just based on the wild west, Some roles we had in this was the - drunk guy - Me - The bar tender - Ella - Out law - Lucy - Sherif - Emily - Piano player - Tamsyn
(y) Though out this i was really excited but felt nervouse at the same time because don't get me wrong i love drama im just to shy to express myself

 Drunk Guy-
So for this role all i basically had to do was act drunk walk into the bar and then take cover when people started fighting

Bar Tender-
So the bar tender had a thing with the out laws wife and also gave the drunk guys drinks so they could take there position in the role

Out Law-
So the out law was the sherifs husband and after he found out that his wife was cheating on him we goes down to the bar and begins to fight

Sherif-
So the sherif is the outlaws wife and has something speacial with the bar tender and after the out law finds out they begin a fight

Piano Player-
So what this role is is that they basically just played the piano through out the whole scene

Science

Aim:to find complex simple and complex sugars

Hypothesis: i think that most of the food is going to change but not all of them are

Method:
put iodine in a test tube and put the food in the test tube and then the food with the liquid

Potato: complex

Apple: complex

Bread: complex

Egg: simple

Sugar:simple

Second test:

Aim: Testing foods to see if there simple or complex

Equipment: water bath, test long tubes, benedicts solution, a sample of food

Method: place about 2ML of the sample into a test tube and then add 5 drops of benedicts solution.
heat with water bath until it changes colour

Results:

Milk: positive

Bread: positive

Egg: not positive

suga: Positive

potato: positive

apple: positive

3 test

Equipment: test tube, sodium hydroxide (NaOh), Copper sulfate (CusO), food sample

Method:place about 2mL of the sample into the test tube and 5 drops of sodium hydroxide (NaOh)
add 5 drops on copper sulfate shake the test tube gently from side to side

results:
potato: neg
apple: neg
Milk: positive
bread: neg
suga: neg
egg: positive

Conclusion:
No everythign turnt out how i thought it would but i guess thats life
